About Us
PCC Prodex is a leading manufacturer of one- and two-component polyurethane systems. For the last 40 years we have been working to provide solutions for various industries, including construction, refrigeration, furniture, transport, and mining.
We have one of the three largest, state-of-the-art plants for the production of prepolymers in Poland. Our systems are used in the production of semi-rigid and rigid insulation materials, integral foam components, flexible foams, and adhesives for a variety of applications, including anchor bolt adhesives.
One of the main branches developed by PCC Prodex is its spray insulation offer.
Since 2010, PCC Prodex has been part of the global PCC concern, which operates on international markets of chemical raw materials. In October 2012, PCC Rokita SA concluded an agreement with PCC SE, based in Duisburg, for the purchase of PCC Prodex Sp.
z o.o. As a result of this agreement PCC Rokita SA acquired 100% of shares in the company.

Our Story
1979
Prodex-System Sp. z o. o. with a production plant in Otrębusy and an office in Warsaw established.
1988
Commencement of Works on Polyol Formulations Used in the Production of Rigid and Flexible Foams.
1995
Development and improvement of pour and block systems.
2007
Expansion of the Production Park and Commencement of Work on New Products for Sports Surfaces and Spraying Systems.
2010
Joining the international PCC SE concern which operates on the international markets of chemical raw materials, transport, energy, coal, coke, fuels, plastics, and metallurgy. Change of the company name from Prodex-System Sp. z o. o. to PCC Prodex Sp. z o. o.
2012
PCC Rokita Based in Brzeg Dolny Acquires 100% of Shares in PCC Prodex
2013
Second production plant dedicated to the mining industry opens, the company enters the market with a range of solutions for the mining industry.
2014
Network of authorized Crossin insulations spray insulation contractors launched.
2015
One of the three largest, state-of-the-art plant for the production of prepolymers in Poland opened in Brzeg Dolny in cooperation with PCC PU.
2017
Headquarters relocated from Warsaw to Brzeg Dolny.

Environment
The ecological aspect of PCC Prodex operation are very important to us.
We do not use blowing agents that contribute to the depletion of the ozone layer in our products. Our insulation systems and their effectiveness help to reduce energy consumption, and hence to save natural resources.
At the production stage, we also use polyols from renewable raw materials.
Insulation foams produced by PCC Prodex are recyclable.
PCC PRODEX is an active member of the Polish Association of Manufacturers and Processors of PUR and PIR Polyurethane Insulations (“SIPUR”) which
engages in work related to promotional activities, education, legislative issues, and standards. Virtually from its very beginning, i.e. since May 2009, PCC PRODEX has been an active member and activist of the Polish Association of Manufacturers and Processors of PUR and PIR Polyurethane Insulations (“SIPUR”) which
engages in work related to promotional activities, education, legislative issues, and standards. Since May 2009, SIPUR has been trying to represent the interests of all its members and actively promoting polyurethane insulation. At the same time, SIPUR raises awareness of the numerous benefits of thermal insulation solutions available on the market, especially PUR and PIR foams, ensuring that polyurethane insulation enjoys a market position adequate to its high quality.
