HR foams<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

HR (high resilience) flexible foams, also known as highly flexible foams, are characterized by flexibility above 50% and high tear resistance. Their densities range from 50 to 80 kg\/m3<\/sup>. All these features translate into high comfort factor (SAG) values. Thanks to their porous structure, they ensure good ventilation and adapt perfectly to the shape of the body. The main purpose of HR foams is use in the furniture sector as well as in the automotive industry. We also offer solutions for flame retardant foams that pass the Crib 5 test, per BS5852.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Integral foams, or the so-called semi-elastic foams, have a characteristic thick outer layer. Thanks to this layer, they do not need to be upholstered. What is more, they can be dyed any color. Thanks to the wide range of densities and hardnesses for the final product, they can be used for a variety of applications, for instance for seats, backrests, armrests, headrests, bicycle seats, steering wheels, dashboards.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
